Our Mission

WISE was established to empower women entrepreneurs and foster meaningful, lasting relationships both professionally and personally. Our primary goal is to support women, create networking opportunities with business coaching from fellow women entrepreneurs, and be an elite, profession-specific group.

Our Vision

We aim to create a safe space free from political and religious judgments while building business relationships. As a 501©(3) organization, we charge a small annual fee to cover WISE’s expenses, which in turn supports our collaborations with other non-profits and our WISE scholarship program. Our organization was born from the Board’s experience with other groups, selecting the best networking practices to develop our own.

Meetings

Our meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month. Networking starts at 7:45 a.m., and the meeting begins promptly at 8:15 a.m. We aim to adjourn by 9:30 a.m.

Membership

To become a member, you must be nominated by the board or a member in good standing. As an elite, profession-specific organization, the board must approve all nominations, and an interview must be conducted by at least two board members.

As a WISE member, you have the opportunity to join various committees to help our group thrive. We currently have five committees: Scholarship, Volunteer, Events, Sunshine, and Bylaws.
