Scholarship Information
1. 500-1000 Word Essay: Write an essay on a specific topic related to entrepreneurship,
such as "The Role of Women in the Future of Entrepreneurship" or
"My Entrepreneurial Journey: Past, Present, and Future." Please make sure to make it your own!
2. Community Involvement:
Showcase your active involvement in your communities.
Provide details about volunteer work, community service projects, or
initiatives you've undertaken to make a positive impact.
3. School Achievements: Provide us with information about your accomplishments within your school, including academic awards, leadership roles, and contributions to clubs or organizations.
4. Goals and Aspirations: Please outline your short-term and long-term goals, emphasizing how
entrepreneurship fits into your future career path. You should also discuss
any specific business ideas or projects that you plan to pursue or have already done.
5. Academic Record: Applicants include your academic transcripts to demonstrate your commitment to your studies and your dedication to maintaining high academic
standards.
6. Portfolio: Create a portfolio that includes all of the above requirements. The
portfolio can be either physical (printed) or electronic (e-portfolio, a PDF or website). In
the portfolio, you can present your essay, provide evidence of community
involvement, showcase school achievements, detail your goals and aspirations,
and include your academic record. This portfolio can be as creative as you would like it to be.
Application Deadline
The Deadline for the application and portfolio is no later than MAY 1, 2025. The scholarship committee will be going through all applications and a winner will be announced no later than
July 1, 2025.
The Scholarship Recipient will be invited to attend a ceremony and luncheon on July 27th.
